The Second Birthday I Wasn’t Supposed To See

I wanted to write something profound and wise about life, the universe, all the fish, and everything else. However, when I woke up this morning, the party in my head was already in full swing.

I’m alive! I’m alive! I’m alive! Everybody conga!

  1. I am so glad I get to tell you Happy Birthday once more!😻 I can just imagine how wonderful it is to be here to accept these wishes!
I love your profile pic of you wearing your fur, but I think you need to update it with one of you on your party dress celebrating your day, LOL.
I know you’ll continue to have lots more of these birthdays and I hope to be able to send well wishes for every one of them!
    Lots of love,
    Lorraine

  2. Whoo hoo! It’s real; it’s true: you’re alive and it’s your *birthday*! May the celebration circle the globe and stream throughout the cosmos.

  3. I recently got a 5 month follow up CAT scan. Looked excellent! So you and I, we’re both living, and living large!

  4. Happy Birthday, I wish you many more, and hope you’re having lots of fun!
I will also be celebrating my birthday in a couple of weeks, 6 years after I got my diagnosis. I didn’t think I’d see my 50th, but here I am, living with cancer, and about to celebrate my 55th. Living is good!
